This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.24 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.1962 of 2021 in Crime No.24 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the PCR Court, Ramanathapuram, which was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.21 of 2020 and the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
