This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without any legally sustainable complaint.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petitioner enquiry is pending.

3. Considering the same, the respondent police is directed to complete the petition enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondent shall not harass the petitioner.
