Side) appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 452 and 302 of I.P.C. and Section 3(1) of Tamilnadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, in Crime No.181 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by me on 04.10.2019 for the reason that this Court was of the view that the custodial interrogation is warranted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The petitioner's counsel would point that the final report has since been filed and the question of custodial interrogation of the petitioner does not arise at all. He therefore prays for grant of anticipatory bail. I am unable to agree with the submission of the petitioner's counsel. It is a case of murder. The petitioner appears to have deliberately evaded from the police. Therefore, taking note of the conduct of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant relief.
