ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences under Section 419, 420,423,467,471 and 477 IPC in Crime No.7 of 2012, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the property in question belongs to the defacto complainant and his two brothers, and the two brothers of the defacto complainant died and the defacto Complainant was abroad. Taking advantage of this, the petitioner had credited a fabricated power of attorney deed as if the deceased person and the defacto complainant had given a power of attorney to him on 07.05.2002 and on the strength of the power of attorney, the petitioner has sold the property to the other accused in this case.
