ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent forthwith return the stamp duty online E Payment amount to the petitioner of Rs.1,23,,634/- dated 11.01.2024 taken by the 3rd respondent office vide Transaction No.REG202401119263840 in Application No.S01LANDVV202401112451746 in Document No.137/2024 dated 11.01.2024 based on the petitioners representation dated 20.01.2024 and consequently representation dated 23.07.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2024 and consequential representation dated 23.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
