Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent.
2. The petitioner challenges the enquiry notice issued by the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram on 28.03.2013. The ground of attack is that notice has been issued in breach of the interim order of stay granted by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.9602 of 2012. Due to subsequent development, this writ petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is closed accordingly. No costs.
