This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.06.2015 which had been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.149 of 2015 by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
