ORDER

The present contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.7806 of 2023, dated 07.08.2024 wherein this Court had directed the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the 2nd respondent has issued proceedings on 08.02.2025 which is adverse to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said proceeding, dated 08.02.2025, if he is so advised.
