This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint has been received by Thideer Nagar Police Station.
