The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.113 of 2022 dated on 13.05.2022 in accordance with law.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint stating that her daughter poured kerosene on her and set fire on her own in the matrimonial home due to the harassment made by her husband and inlaws. The complaint of the petitioner was enquired in Crime No.113 of 2022 and the final report is filed through e-filing in E-Filing NO. 2022-000204 SC-2024-006461 on 28.12.2024.
