This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent No.2 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and the petition has been closed and hence, there is no harassment by the respondent police.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed. It is made clear that in the absence of any complaint, neither the petitioner nor her mother, shall be called to the police station as it is submitted that the complaint has been closed.
