ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondents No.3 and 4 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2019, the enquiry has been initiated in Current Paper No.G2/23639/3309/2019 and the same has been closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition stands closed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner. No costs.
