This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 24.11.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's husband has transferred certain properties to the petitioner through a registered sale deed dated 12.05.1973. He further submitted that the younger brother of the petitioner's husband has executed a settlement deed in favour of his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

wife, in respect of the property which stands in the name of the petitioner's mother in law and hence a complaint was lodged before the second respondent on 24.11.2017. but, so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint an enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner gave a written statement requesting to the Police not to take any action on her complaint and accordingly the said complaint has been closed. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
