Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JEYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7224 of 2019, dated 15.05.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since there was some difficulty in arranging sureties they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
