RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.OP(MD)No.6210 of 2019 dated 27.04.2019 to an extend of permitting the petitioner deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- in Cr.No.123 of 2019 without prejudice instead of pay the said amount of Rs.10,000/- to the defacto complaint by way of demand draft without prejudice and to execute the surety before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri instead of Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.
