The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to register a case U/s.294(b), 446 and 506(ii) of IPC., on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the third respondent on 09.07.2014, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in Current Paper No.G4/031658/2509/14, has been conducted and the same has been closed on 29.10.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
