ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which the request of the petitioner for conducting a Two Wheeler Stand was rejected.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions submits that the petitioner is no longer interested in running a Two Wheeler Stand. The said statement is recorded. No further orders are required in the writ petition.
