O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.06.2014 and proceed with the same as per law, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.06.2014, a case in Crime No.406 of 2015 was registered by the respondent concerned for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the 2nd respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.406 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
