ORDER

When the writ petition was posted on 03.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter today (i.e., 04.12.2019) under the caption 'for dismissal'. Though the matter is posted today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition for non prosecution.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
