ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the report dated 16.03.2018, received from the Mediation and conciliation Centre is placed before this Court. As per the report, the dispute between the defacto complainant and the petitioners have been settled, for which they executed a joint compromise memo. A copy of the said compromise memo is enclosed along with the report. Earlier, this court granted interim bail in favour of the petitioners. Thereby, the interim bail granted by this court is hereby made absolute. However, the condition imposed at the time of granting interim bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall appear before

the Court concerned only on receipt of summons. The joint compromise memo shall form a part of this order.
