Civil Miscellaneous appeal before this Hon'ble Court against the order dated 15.09.2015 made in M.C.O.P.No.638/2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special Sub Court, Madurai, Madurai District) ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This application is filed seeking exemption from payment of court fee of Rs.11,272.50/-.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has filed a claim petition claiming compensation of Rs.12,00,000/- and the Tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs.2,85,000/- along with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum.

3. Having not satisfied with the award, the present appeal is filed seeking enhancement of compensation.

4. Since the petitioner was already awarded part of the claim, this Court does not find any reason to allow this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
