ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks building permission for constructing a new house in the petition mentioned premises. The petitioner's husband has already obtained an order dated 16.07.2022 from the ombudsman for Tamil Nadu local 2/5

bodies. The sixth respondent is therefore directed to consider the petitioner's application and give a disposal in the light of the order passed by the ombudsman. This shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
