2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that after conducting enquiry, the case was closed as mistake of fact and the referred charge sheet No.456 of 2013 was filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
