ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of withdrawal of the complaint against the respondents Nos.2 to 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2019. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the respondent police has not compelled the petitioner to withdraw the complaint preferred against the private respondents herein. He would further submit that in fact, based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District, made in Cr.M.P.No.5342 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019, the respondent police has registered a case in crime No.13 of 2020, dated 30.01.2020 as against one Sivanthal and 19 others for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 427, 379 IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
