This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second Respondent not to interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in CSR No.58 of 2025. Both the petitioner and the counter party may be directed to appear before the respondent and co-operate with the enquiry.
3. In view of the same both the petitioner and the counter parties are directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on 24.01.2025 without fail and thereafter the respondent police to complete the enquiry within a period of two months from 24.01.2025.
4. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
