O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.451 of 2013, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent has registered a case on 02.12.2013 in Crime No. 451 of 2013, for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 471 and 120(b) of IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, but, so far, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks three months time for filing final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a

final report in Crime No.451 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
