This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to instruct the second respondent police to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 22.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered on 21.07.2015 in Cr.No.13 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C.
