O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue passport against the Petitioner's application vide File No.MD 2072645473119, dated 03.12.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that an FIR is pending against the Petitioner and it is not yet taken on file by the jurisdictional Magistrate.

W.P(MD)NO.1329 OF 2020 4.Upon instructions, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent/The Regional Passport Officer, Madurai, has produced a copy of the Mail addressed to her, stating that the passport application submitted by the Petitioner is processed and the passport would be despatched to him by next week. 5.As already the request of the Petitioner is considered, recording the above letter addressed to the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
