ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is totally misconceived. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue officials are unable to remove the encroachment in view of the alleged threat. It is for them to approach the police officials for seeking police protection. Hence, the Criminal Original petition stands dismissed. However, this order will not stand in the way of the revenue officials, seeking appropriate police protection, if they so desire.
