Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3510 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6154 of 2020, dated 08.07.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made the payment only on 20.07.2020 and produced the copy of the demand draft before this Court. Thereafter, petitioner was ill-health. Hence, he could not execute the sureties in time. Therefore, he seeks further time.
3.Considering the aforesaid reasons, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
