This petition is filed to quash the Crime No.182 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ambasamudram Police, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet and since, because of the pendency of this criminal original petition, he did not file any charge sheet.

3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file the charge sheet, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
