Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to make proper enquiry and take appropriate action as against erring Government servants of any category or public servants as mandated under the prevention of Corruption Act , 1988, by consider the Petitioners representation dated on 18/08/2020, within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order, dated 29.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19114 of 2020. In the said order, this Court had directed the first respondent in that Writ Petition to conduct an enquiry and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent, has placed before this Court an order, dated 09.02.2022 passed by the respondent in compliance with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.139 of 2022 order, dated 29.07.2021 in W.P.(MD)No.19114 of 2020. 3.As seen from the order, dated 09.02.2022, the petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of the same. If the petitioner is having any grievance against the order, dated 09.02.2022, the only remedy is to challenge the order, dated 09.02.2022 in accordance with law.

4.Since the order, dated 29.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19114 of 2020, has been duly complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
