O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8751 of 2019 dated 30.10.2019, thereby, directed the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.124 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as directed by this Court, the third respondent completed investigation, recorded the same as mistake of fact on 20.08.2020 and filed the same before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti.

3.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, the third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the referred charge sheet to the petitioner, within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.361 of 2022 two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition in a manner known to law.
