ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of the enquiry and also not to compel the petitioner to give Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation to the third respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's son Pandi had an illicit intimacy with the third respondent and hence a case has been registered against the said Pandi in Crime No.138 of 2015 under Section 376 I.P.C., and petitioner is in noway connected with the said case and that being so, the second respondent is frequently calling upon the petitioner and compelled him to pay Rs.4,00,000/- as compensation to the third respondent.

son married another woman and the third respondent gave a second complaint against the petitioner and his son and hence an enquiry was conducted in that complaint and finally it was closed. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
