This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti, to accept the Xerox Copy of the documents and take the complaints on his file.
2. This Court is of the view that this application can very will be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file this application before the jurisdictional Magistrate. As and when such application is filed, the concerned Magistrate will have to decide it on merits. Such application will have to be filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
