ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the pettioner dated 04.07.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint only to the Superintendent of Police.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 04.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.

5. With the above directions, this petition is disposed of.
