... Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 10 and 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnors/respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.26644 of 2019 dated 30.01.2020. Prayer in WP(MD). 26644/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to directing the respondents to settle my ERPS(Employees Retirement Pension Scheme) amount dor the 19 years from 1.9.1992 to till the date of retirement on 31.3.2015 and surrender leave salary for 75 days in respect of the years 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 together with interest at the rate of 6 percentage p.a payable as per court direction, in one Instalment to the petitioner according to the last drawn salary in the month of Mar 2015(i.e retirement due date on 31.3.2015) to the petitioner, within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.
