PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the third respondent in his Proceedings under Lr.No.U.Se.Po. /O&M/VY/A.No. 127/13, dated 21.03.2013, quash the same and direct the respondents particularly the third respondent to pass final order of assessment in accordance with Sec.126 of the Electricity Act and Regulations made thereunder, including restoration of electricity services connection bearing S.C.No.96 given to the petitioner's land situated at Vengaikurichi Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and may further pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to authorize any other officer other than the third respondent to pass final order of assessment within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging a final assessment order passed by the respondent/Board pursuant to their proceedings under Section 135 of the Electricity Act. 2/4

2. On instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount demanded in the impugned order has already been paid by the writ petitioner. The said statement is recorded. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.
