ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.216 of 2023 for the alleged offences under Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 328 of IPC on the file of the first respondent dated 27.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation, the first respondent filed a final report in P.R.C.No.79 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 01.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
