ORDER

In view of the nature of the order passed, I am not issuing notice to the respondents 2, 3 and 4.

2. Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent / the District Revenue Officer, Office of the District Collector, Theni, Theni District.

3. Let me not enter into a detailed discussion on the facts of the case since an inquiry is now pending on the basis of the representation given by the respondents 2, 3 and 4 before the first respondent. Having heard Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, a direction is issued to the first respondent to proceed in manner known to law, follow the principles of natural justice and complete the inquiry and pass final orders on or before 15.03.2022.

5. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
