The civil revision petition is filed against the order, dated 04.02.2020, passed in E.P.No.73 of 2018 in O.S.No.45 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil.

2. The petitioner had paid Rs.2,00,000/- on 02.04.2022. According to the respondent, the petitioner ought to pay Rs.2,20,000/- as principal amount and the interest is payable. This Court directed the petitioner to pay the balance amount of Rs.20,000/- under the head of principal amount. In spite of several opportunities, the petitioner failed to pay the same. Hence, this Court posted the case today, i.e., on 25.09.2024 for appearance of parties. The respondent has appeared before this Court but the petitioner has not appeared before this Court. Further had not instructed his Counsel as well.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to show any indulgence to the petitioner. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.09.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Tmg 2/4
