ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his representation dated 25.09.2020 for issuance of patta has not been considered by the respondents, has filed this writ petition. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and rejected by proceedings dated 09.09.2023. A copy of the same has been sent to the petitioner by registered post and is also served to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
