ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 04.07.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has sent complaint only through post and the complaint has not been received by the respondent.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 04.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
