ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.T.SenthilKumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2023 was completed and they would be filing a final report soon before the concerned Court.

3. The respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
