Prayer in CRL.A.(MD)No.457/2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST(POA) Act, 2015, against the order passed by the Special Court for Trial of SC/ST Act Cases, Pudukottai made in Crl.M.P.No.1013 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 and allow this appeal by enlarging the appellants on bail in FIR No.146 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent of Police.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Balaji, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD).No.457 of 2023 on 26.06.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioners are complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 2/4
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4. Considering the said submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the first and second petitioners are fully relaxed and the first and second petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The condition imposed on the third petitioner is modified and the third petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month, until further orders.
