The petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.77 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to some other agency, who is the competent to investigate the matter. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in crime No.77 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
