ORDER

Heard Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the first and second respondents.

2. In view of the nature of the order passed, I am not issuing any notice to respondents 3, 4 and 5.

3. The petitioner herein had raised protest with respect to registration of two documents namely Doc.No.1977 of 2020 and Doc.No.569 of 2021 which he claims have been executed fraudulently and registered in the file of Sub-Registrar, Ilayangudi Taluk. W.P.(MD).No.2357 of 2022 second respondent, who had issued notice to all the parties. Notice dated 04.08.2021 had been issued to all the parties to appear for an enquiry on 23.08.2021. It is thus stated by Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, that the enquiry is ongoing.

4. Let the enquiry proceed in manner known to law and the second respondent may hear all the parties and thereafter pass a considered order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
