2. This application is filed to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18283 of 2024, dated 23.10.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is extended from date of receipt of copy of the order to the petitioner to comply the condition as imposed by this Court, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
