This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to allow the third respondent or its office bearers to validate the documents registered with the second respondent after 15.05.2010 for any purposes including for the purpose of conducting election for the term of office 2013-2016.

3.Permission is granted. This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
