ORDER

The order of deemed suspension is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the order of deemed suspension was revoked and the petitioner reached the age of superannuation on 28.02.2018. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
